2. Design Services Agreement
Our design services are governed by a separate Design Services Agreement that will be provided to you before commencement of any project. That agreement will detail the scope of work, timeline, payment schedule, and other project-specific terms.
Any information provided on our website regarding our services is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of De W Interior Design and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Bangladesh and foreign countries.
Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of our company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and other documents prepared by De W Interior Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
4. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise specified in writing, De W Interior Design reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use these photographs for portfolio, marketing, publicity, and educational purposes. We will respect client privacy and confidentiality regarding specific project details.
5. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting content to the Service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
